Registration Information

Pre-Summer (Up to June 13th):

Registration is held Tuesday, April 26th, at 5:30 pm, in the Medina Golf & Country Club Ballroom. After April 26th, complete the enclosed registration form and mail, fax or drop it off at Foss Swim Schoo, 9455 Garland Lane N, Maple Grove MN 55311. Fax: 763-416-8474.

After June 13th:

To register after summer lessons have begun, please complete a registration form and drop off with the Pool Manager or fax to Foss (763-416-8474). Additional registration forms are available from the Pool Manager on the Medina Golf & Country Club pool deck.

We will email a confirmation with your camp level and time or your swim team information. We cannot guarantee first choice times, but we will attempt to accommodate your schedules.

Registration Policies
Cancellations
	Cancellations 24 hours prior to start of session receive full refund.
	Cancellations during the session will be charged for lessons taken and a $35.00 cancellation fee per child.
	Medical emergencies will be handled on an individual basis.
Make-ups
	There are no make-ups for missed lessons.
	Please do your best to attend your scheduled lessons.
	There are no refunds or credits for missed lessons. Please consult the office staff about medical emergencies.
	Cancellations of lessons due to weather issues will be handled upon occurrence.
What if I'm the only one in my class?
	We reserve the right to cancel any class with an enrollment of only one student.
What if my child won't get in the water?
	Child can participate by sitting on the edge of the pool for the first lesson.
	Parent/guardian can sit alongside the pool or get in the water with the class.
	Child may try a different instructor or level if that is available.

Private lessons	$ 49.00	per 30-minute class
Semi-private lessons (2 swimmers)	$ 25.00	per child per 30-minute class
		(you must provide your own partner for semi-private)

8 lessons (Camps A, B, C, E ... two-week sessions ... Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

	1st camp / per swimmer	$ 132.00
	Additional camps	$ 132.00

7 lessons (Camp D ... two-week session ... Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
