Registration Information

Pre-Summer (Up to June 9th):

Registration is held Tuesday, April 22nd, and Thursday, April 29th, at 6:00 pm in the Medina Golf & Country Club Ballroom. After April 22nd, complete the enclosed registration form and mail, fax or drop it off at Foss Swim School Summer Pools, 6545 Flying Cloud Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. Fax: 952-941-3682 or register online at www.fossswimschool.com.

After June 10th:

To register after summer lessons have begun, please complete a registration form and drop off with the Pool Manager or fax to Foss Summer Pools (952-941-3682) or register online at www.fossswimschool.com. Additional registration forms are available from the Pool Manager on the Medina Golf & Country Club pool deck.

We will mail a confirmation or call regarding the exact times available for that session and level. We cannot guarantee first choice times, but we will attempt to accommodate your schedules.

Registration Policies
Cancellations
	Cancellations 24 hours prior to start of session receive full refund.
	Cancellations during the session will be charged for lessons taken and a $35.00 cancellation fee per child.
	Medical emergencies will be handled on an individual basis.
Make-ups
	There are no make-ups for missed lessons.
	Please do your best to attend your scheduled lessons.
	There are no refunds or credits for missed lessons. Please consult the office staff about medical emergencies.
	Cancellations of lessons due to weather issues will be handled upon occurrence.
What if I'm the only one in my class?
	We reserve the right to cancel any class with an enrollment of only one student.
What if my child won't get in the water?
	Child can participate by sitting on the edge of the pool for the first lesson.
	Parent/guardian can sit alongside the pool or get in the water with the class.
	Child may try a different instructor or level if that is available.

Private Class Fees
	Private lessons	$ 52.00	per 30-minute class
	Semi-private lessons (two swimmers)	$ 26.50	per child per 30-minute class
	Please note: for the semi-private lesson, you must provide your own partner.
