SPIN is a high-intensity indoor cycling workout. Consisting of a group of people in a studio with a bike each, following directions from and instructor. A spin bike is unlike a regular exercise bike, as it has a weighted fly wheel that is directly connected to the cranks.

Mat Pilates with Sabrina
Mat Pilates with Sabrina draws inspiration from the core principles of Pilates, which are deeply rooted in yoga, classical Joseph Pilates, and Stott Pilates. At times, students will find use of props to support and deepen their ROM. Other times, students will use body weight to build strength, stamina, and over time, a strong breathing practice. Alignment combined with breath-to-movement is the main highlight of each class. All levels and ages are welcome.

Mat Pilates with Sabrina
Breathe Space Foundations I is inspired by Ashtanga and the Yoga Sutras, start-to-finish. As a way to learn not only the asana but also to experience the philosophy behind yoga simultaneously. For the beginner, it is an opportunity to turn class into a teacher training experience where you will learn the source material behind yoga. Then, for more advanced students, it is an opportunity to challenge your own practice and experience. Over consistent time, the practice of yoga will become habit-based and seamlessly impact your day-to-day life.
